How is the merchandise made?

Our print-on-demand merchandise is made after you order it. Production and shipping are separate stages; your order needs to be produced before the carrier delivery estimate begins.

How long will my order take?

Timing depends on the item, production partner, destination, and shipping method. Check the estimate shown for your order and allow for production time as well as transit. Holiday demand can affect timing. Contact us before ordering if you need an item for a particular date.

How much is shipping?

Review the shipping options and total shown at checkout before paying. Different items may be fulfilled by different production partners and may arrive in separate packages.

What size should I order?

Check the size information for the specific garment; sizing can vary between shirts, hoodies, and polos. Compare garment measurements with a similar item you already own. If you cannot find the measurements you need, contact us before ordering.

Can I change or cancel an order?

Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and requested change. Once production has started, changes or cancellation may no longer be possible. A request is not a confirmation that an order has been changed.

What if an item arrives damaged, incorrect, or misprinted?

Email us promptly with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item, print, and packaging. Keep the item and packaging while we review the issue with the production partner. We will explain the available resolution after reviewing your order.

Can I return an item or exchange a size?

Because items are made to order, contact us before purchasing if you are unsure about size or color, and before mailing any item back. Return and exchange options depend on your order, the issue, and any applicable consumer rights. For an existing order, email us so we can review the available options.

How should I care for my gear?

Follow the care instructions on the product listing and the item’s label. Apparel and drinkware have different care requirements; do not assume a tumbler is dishwasher-safe unless its own instructions say so.
