The Bunker Buddies Podcast began the same way most bad ideas do — two friends, Blackout Brannon and JD, bullshitting at work about conspiracies, mysteries, and whatever dumb thought happened to come up that day. At some point, Producer Jordan said, “We should record this,” and instead of ignoring that advice like responsible adults… we didn’t.
Thus, The Bunker Buddies Podcast was born.
Blackout Brannon is a man of mystery. His background, credentials, and alleged activities remain classified.
JD started his journey in content creation with Faded Family Entertainment on YouTube. From there, he launched a channel called Lake Hav-a-Brew, which eventually evolved into what is now simply the JD channel — a place for reviews, commentary, and the same curiosity that fuels Bunker Buddies.
Together, we talk about murder, mysteries, cryptids, conspiracies, and the kind of late-night questions that probably shouldn’t be Googled on a work computer.
Our Goal
Our goal is simple:
- Make entertainment people actually want to listen to and watch
- Build something fun, honest, and a little unhinged
- Make enough money to keep funding our set, our equipment… and our beer
Current Status
The podcast is currently undergoing a rebrand and has been relocated to another desert.
